2019년 9월 필리핀 산업통상부(Department of Trade and Industry, DTI)와 필리핀 환경천연자원부(Department of Environment and National Resources, DENR)는 철강업계가 품질과 안정성을 갖춘 제품을 생산할 수 있도록 제철에 관한 환경기준을 강화하기로 합의함.
- DTI 장관에 따르면 DTI와 DENR은 제강 시 사용되는 중고 장비와 기계장치 사용 규제를 검토 중이라 함. - 두 기관은 특히 철강업계에서 사용되는 유도로(Induction Furnaces)에 우려를 표하며, 2017년 세계 최대 철강제품 생산국인 중국에서 유도로 사용을 금지한 것을 언급함. |

각각 PS 인증 및 ICC 인증 PS 인증 취득 준비 서류 - PS 인증 취득을 위한 준비 서류는 다음과 같음: 1. Articles of Incorporation or Business Name and Sub-Contracting Agreement, if any. 2. Quality Manual (controlled copy) 3. Brief desc-ription of manufacturing process 4. Reference no. of the Product Identification File to include process flow, materials, process control and drawings among others. 5. Listing of measuring and testing equipment with nominal capacities and serial numbers at each inspection point and final product testing together with the evidence of ownership, such as official receipts. 6. Brief desc-ription of equipment maintenance and calibration program for all testing and measuring equipment with their corresponding calibration certificates. 7. Copies of labels, markings and logos etc. as per requirements of specific standard. 8. Desc-ription of the supply distribution chain. If new business, identify the target market. If foreign company, identify the Philippine principal and described the organizational relationship of the applicant/license holder and Philippine principal. 9. Vicinity map of the factory. 10. Undertaking to abide by the terms and conditions of the PS License (Annexed to Application Form) ICC 인증 취득 준비 서류 - ICC 인증 취득을 위한 준비 서류는 다음과 같음: 1. Packing List 2. Import Entry (need not be submitted upon filing the application but shall be a requirement for the release of the ICC Certificate) 3. Commercial Invoice 4. Bill of Lading/Airway Bill 5. Summary of Batch Nos./Serial Nos. of Products 6a. DTI Business Name Registration (for single proprietor) 6b. SEC Certificate of Incorporation (for corporation) 7a. Special Power of Attorney (for single proprietor) 7b. Board/Partners’ Resolution or (for corporation) / Notarized Secretary’s Certificate stating the name of authorized company representative 8. Surety Bond 9. BIR Importers Clearance Certificate 10. Current Proof of Billing (Office and Warehouse) 11. ISO 9001 Certificate of the Manufacturer 12. Valid Test Report 13. Other documents 13.1 For rerolled steel bars deformed steel bars and equal leg angle bars: - Submission of logo to BPS prior to importation - Mill Certificate, quality inspection report or its equivalent from the Manufacturer 13.2 For motorcycle helmet and its visors: - Test Report per brand per type per model - Certificate of Conformity from the Manufacturer that the batch imported conformed to the requirement of the standard prior to release from the Manufacturer’s premises - Updated list of distributors/retailers |

- 철제 파이프(BI/GI Steel Pipe), 철제 와이어(Steel Wire), 봉강(Deformed Steel Bar, Equal-Leg Steel Angle Bar, Rerolled Steel Bar) 등의 제품은 필리핀 통상산업부(DTI) 산하 표준국(BPS)의 의무 인증 취득 대상 목록에 포함된 품목으로 PS 인증 또는 ICC 인증을 취득해야 합니다. - 그 외, 철제 제품은 목록에 없으나 철강 제품을 다수 규제하는 것으로 미루어 의무 인증 목록에 포함된 제품 수입 시 PS 인증 또는 ICC 인증 취득 필수 |

통상적으로 2 근무일이 소요 되고 있으나 지연되는 경우가 많으며 대부분 1주 이내 완료됨.
