오만의 자국민 채용비율

□ 오만의 자국민 채용비율
○ 오만 자국인의 노동시장 참여 비율이 낮은 수준이며, 60여만 명의 외국인 근로자수에서 보듯이 기업의 최고경영자에서부터 거리청소부에 이르기까지 광범위하게 외국인이 진출해 있음.
○ 외국인 노동인력의 자국인으로 점진 대체를 목표로 오만화 정책을 최우선적으로 추진하고 있으며, 자국인 노동시장 참여율을 지속적으로 높여간다는 복안. 오만화 정책의 주요 내용은 산업부문별로 오만인 채용비율을 설정하고 택시운전, 전화교환원, 비서, 회계원, 야채식품점 운영 등 일부 직종은 아예 외국인들의 취업이 금지돼 있음.
○ OMANISATION은 건설플랜트 프로젝트 수주업체들의 주요 애로사항 중 하나. 오만인의 경우 산업기술을 보유한 전문인력이 많지 않아 OMANISATION 비율을 달성하기 위해 비서, 운전사, 경비원 등을 오만인으로 채용하고 있으나 그래도 턱없이 부족한 실정
