□ 시장현황

 

 ○ According to industry sources, the market for the survey turbo blowers is very new for India. There are not many players in this field.

 

 ○ However there are many established manufacturers and players for other kinds of blowers such as roots blower, ring blower, turbo blower(of different type).

 

 ○ But the product by the Korean company is not manufactured in India.

 

 ○ Effluent Water Treatment Done in India

□ There are few companies offering the Turbo Blowers(with inverters etc.) such as:

 

 ○ Aerzen Machines India PVT. LTD. (Brand KTurbo)

                      

 

  - Turbo Blowers

   · Turbo blowers are highly efficient low pressure centrifugal compressors for oil-free compression of air. The high-speed turbo blower consists of a single motor-impeller assembly with unique bearings lubricated by air. A pressure rise is created by converting the kinematic energy (speed) from the impeller into potential energy (pressure) in the diffuser. The operating range, up to 330 m³/min (11.700 cfm) at 400 to1.500 mbar (6 to 22 PSI), is ideal for waste water treatment applications. The impeller, motor, bearing and VFD are designed in-house for optimum harmonization and are the key to our high efficiency.

   · The ZB single stage integrally geared turbo blower incorporates the latest energy saving aerodynamic design for increased efficiency at maximum flow. Key components of the ZB 300-900 compressor package are the aerodynamic section, the integral gear, the lubrication system and operating controls. The ZB is capable of fulfilling a wide range of applications and stands for high reliability and proven design to ensure peace of mind.

□ For Turbo Blowers business, currently the India market is very poor. The main application of Turbo Blowers is in waste water treatment plants. Unfortunately in India, the waste water treatment is not yet taken seriously.

 

□ Generally Blowers are installed only for legal compliance rather than really achieving the purpose.  Hence they are sized much smaller in capacity than actually needed. Also Turbo Blower being a high technology product using lots of electronics, it is not suited for Indian weather conditions of high temperature & dust.

 

□ The air cooling of motor & inverter is not sufficient for the ambient weather conditions. Also the end user does not prefer water cooling as well as does not guarantee quality of cooling water. The end users feel that the Turbo Blowers technology is not yet matured.

    Also, as per the company official, currently Japanese & European products are preferred as compared to Korean products.

 

□ Currently the price of Turbo Blowers is many folds higher than the conventional PD Blowers. Hence the investment in purchasing Turbo Blowers is not justified due to high payback period resulting from energy savings.

 

□ Atlas Copco(who is the world leader in Compressors & Blowers market) is able to convince customers to use Screw Blowers instead of Turbo Blowers.

4. 소매유통동향

 

 ○ There are very few companies dealing in the Turbo Blower Products.

 

 ○ They are not willing to disclose prices of the products.

 

 ○ Also, according to companies, these turbo blowers are customized as per clients’ requirements, so it is very difficult to give the exact costing for the same.

 

 

5. 유통구조

 

 ○ Turbo Blowers (the survey product) are not very commonly available in India and is a new product which requires a lot of awareness among both the Promoter and End User companies.

 

 ○ The current distribution structure adopted by existing companies is two-fold.

 

 ○ Few companies have appointed single distributor for whole Indian market, who market and sell the turbo blowers directly to the end user, whereas some of the companies have appointed sub-dealers also to further market and cater to a larger audience across the country.
