- 유통단계가 복잡하지 않은 미국 유통구조상 해외업체들은 중간단계 없이 직접 알맞는 채널을 통해 판매가 가능하나, 경기 침체 이후 최근에는 재고 부담을 지지 않으려는 분위기가 일반적이어서 미국에 세일즈 오피스가 있으면서 재고 관리 및 소비자 사후 관리를 담당할 수 있는 업체를 선호함.
