1. Import -Duty

 ○ According to Indonesia Customs Tariff Book, HS Code heading 6804 is described as follows:

 ○ Import Tariffs and Taxes of HS Code 6804

 ○ Import duty tariff under the framework of ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA) is lower than the import tariff entry that applies in general,. Those are imposed on imported goods which include the Certificate of Origin (Fonn AK) which have signed by the competent authorities in the countries concerned. In case the general import duty tariff is lower than in the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA) as contained in the Appendix, the general tariffs rate is applied.

3. Retail Price

 ○ There are some brands which are quite famous in Indonesia, such as Norton and 3M from US, Matebo from Germany, Nippon Resibon from Japan. Others are Dia resibon from Thailand, Kinik from Taiwan, PFERD from Australia, and also Saint-Gobain from France and Gerfa from Belgium which have their own manufacture in Indonesia, and local brand.

 ○ For retail price it’s based on specification. Brand I_Prix from Cheil Grinding Wheel Ind, Co Ltd Korea, has price which range from Rp. 3,950 to Rp. 23,635. There is also local brand RGM it’s from its company’s name Raya Gemilang Mandiri, but seems it is OEM product, because the company is importer and supplier for abrasive instrument.
